EVERYONE IS WELCOMED to our fall and winter Children’s Consignment Sale. Here you will find tons of GENTLY used children’s items from hundreds of consignors all in one spot. Make sure to bring baskets and tote bags to fill up while you shop. Can’t wait to see you all there!! *Consignors receive 70% of their sale price with only 30% donated to Highland Drive FWB Church.
*The deadline to sign up is August 19th or until we are full.
*We understand things come up so if you need to cancel please let us know asap.
* A minimum of 10 items or $25 in merchandise is required to be a participant in the sale.
VOLUNTEERING
WE HAVE HIT OUR LIMIT AND CAN NO LONGER TAKE ANYMORE CONSIGNORS UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO VOLUNTEER AT LEAST ONE HOUR ON SATURDAY BETWEEN 12:30-1:30
3 Hour volunteers will get to shop at 4:30 on Friday
Space is limited on Tuesday and Thursday so please sign up asap.
Tuesday August 21st 4:30-7:30pm checking in clothes for holes and stains etc.FULL
Thursday August 23rd 9am-12pm checking in clothes for holes and stains etc. FULL

Saturday August 25th 12:30-3:30 sorting items by consignor number and break down of racks (space unlimited and much appreciated ;-)
PRICING GUIDELINES (price tags will be emailed after your registration is confirmed)
-All tags printed on white paper will be 50% off all day Saturday.
-All tags printed on colored paper will remain full price on Saturday.
-AGAIN ALL ITEMS REMAINING ON SATURDAY THAT HAVE WHITE TAGS WILL BE 50% OFF AND ALL COLORED TAGS (ANY COLOR) WILL STAY FULL PRICE.
-Your consignor number and price must be on the top and bottom portion of each tag.
-Safety pin the price tag on the upper right shoulder of the clothing
item as you look at it. Please DO NOT use straight pins or staples.
TABLE SPACE FOR CLOTHES IS VERY LIMITED AND ITEMS SELL MUCH BETTER ON HANGERS AND HUNG UP!
-Securely tape price tags on items that can not be pinned
such as toys, books, etc. Please DO NOT tape down the
bottom portion of tags since we need to rip that part off.
-Items in zip lock bags should be taped closed and the
price tag needs to be taped on the outside of the bag.
ITEMS ACCEPTED (Clothes must be on hangers with the hook facing left like a question mark)
-Gently used fall and winter clothing sizes newborn through teen (teen styles ONLY please no "mom" clothes).
-NEW RULE! due to the overabundance of girl teen clothes we are only taking items from consignors that have teenage children and will limit the items to a few in each size that are in the most excellent condition.
-Seasonal items accepted are long sleeve and short sleeve shirts, pants and shorts, jackets/coats, hats, gloves, scarfs etc.
-Maternity clothes (any season)
-Undergarments must be new or like new condition including socks.
-Shoes and laces must be clean with little to no wear.
-Halloween costumes
-Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Valentines Day outfits/items
-DVD's and video games must be in perfect working condition with no scratches.
-Toys and baby gear must have working batteries where needed and games/puzzles must include all its pieces.
-Car seats must be within 6 years of manufacturer's date.
-And any and all children related/appropriate items will be accepted!!
ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED
-Clothing must not have any rips/holes, peeling decals, fading, odors, stains, and must be smoke free.
-No swim wear, tank tops, summer dresses, sandals, flip flops etc.
-No stuffed animals unless battery operated and/or tv characters and must be in excellent condition.
-No baby gear with signs of mold or housing a pet.
-No recalled items including cribs with drop down sides.
-No items such as but not limited to clothes, books, and music that does not bring glory to God.
***Consignment committee reserves the right to accept or reject any items***
DROP OFF DETAILS
-Have clothes sorted by size and gender.
-Have a tote or box with your consignor number written on all 4 sides that can be left at the church, all unsold items will be returned back in it at the end of the sale.
-Park in back of the church and enter thru the double glass doors
-Sign in and receive your shopping passes at the front table.
-Then enter into the fellowship hall to have clothes and shoes checked by our lovely volunteers.
-You will be responsible to display your items in the designated areas.
